Job Description:

• 1. Prior recruitment experience in IT sourcing, selection and final negotiation closing of candidates against open positions.
• 2. Well versed with sourcing & job posting on Job Portals like shine naukri, times jobs, indeed etc.
• 3. Should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills .
• 4. Microsoft Office proficient (Excel , PPT).
• 5. Maintaining leave records of employees.
• 6. Identifying relevant expert as per the project requirement through desk research and on boarding them for further process
• 7. Conduct research over the internet across various sectors and topic.
• 8. The research would range from identifying the players in the market, identifying industry trends, building a contact list

Recruiter Responsibilities Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter right Candidate.
