Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across various departments. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in specialized hiring for IT and Non-IT roles, particularly focusing on Business Development and Sales positions. Your proactive attitude and strong communication skills will be essential in assisting the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. - Recruit for IT and Non-IT roles, with a focus on Business Development and Sales positions. - Draft offer Letter/Employment to selected candidates for employment documentation. - Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other events. - Provide support to the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks and initiatives. Qualifications Required: - MBA Graduate or equivalent experience in the HR field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with recruitment consultancy experience. - Proven expertise in Non-IT recruitment, especially in Business Development/Sales hiring. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi are added advantages. - Smart, positive, and proactive attitude toward work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
