HR Recruiter (Fresher)

As an HR Recruiter with 0-3 months of experience, your primary responsibilities will include writing and posting job openings, finding and contacting potential candidates, screening candidates, and presenting suitable candidates to the hiring managers. You will be actively involved in setting up interviews, making job offers, and conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process. In this role, you may also be required to research labor market trends and stay updated on recruiting best practices to ensure the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies. Building partnerships with educational institutions or other organizations to attract top talent could also be a crucial aspect of your job.
