What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates
• Supporting the HR team with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A go-getter attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Graduate in any stream – HR specialization is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Location:
Thane (W), Maharashtra - 400604

Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
