Job Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networksScreen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirementsCoordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersBuild strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment processMeet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with targetsProficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
