Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for domestic hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and company website.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other networks to attract talent.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate with related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India (or applicable country).
