Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Starting) to 21000
Location: Office No. 9, Ground Floor, New Krishna Building, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk, Kalyan West, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301

Job Timing:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
• Week Off: Friday,(Management will decide)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with HR to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Must have knowledge in HR related work
Must be have multi tasking ability
