Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Recruiter (Female) who has experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically within the Skill Development and Education sectors. The candidate must be efficient in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions in the Skill Development and Education domains
• Source potential candidates from job portals, social media, and internal references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds to assess fitment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned departments and management
• Maintain and update candidate tracking database regularly
• Manage documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media engagement and job postings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Skill Development or Education sector
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
