Role : HR Recruiter

Location : Velachery

Salary -INR 13,000/- To INR 15000/-

Female Required .........Age - Below 30 yrs

Roles and responsibilitiesAn HR recruiter's duties cover the full hiring cycle, which can be broken down into these key responsibilities: 1. Strategic planning

  • Create recruitment strategies: Develop plans with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and identify effective channels for sourcing candidates.
  • Draft job descriptions: Write and update clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
  • Build talent pipelines: Proactively cultivate relationships with potential candidates, even when there are no immediate openings, to maintain a pool of talent for future needs.

2. Candidate sourcing and screening

  • Source candidates: Attract talent by posting job openings on various platforms, including company career pages, social media, and online job boards.
  • Screen applicants: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to filter and shortlist candidates who meet the job's minimum qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews: Perform initial phone or video screenings to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.

3. Interview coordination and hiring

  • Manage the interview process: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and communicate with all parties to ensure a smooth, timely process.
  • Facilitate hiring decisions: Present a shortlist of the best candidates to hiring managers and collect feedback after interviews.
  • Manage the offer and negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and answer candidates' questions.

4. Administration and compliance

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keep candidate records, interview feedback, and status updates current in the ATS.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks: Coordinate and manage background and reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Ensure legal compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.

5. Post-hire activities

  • Support onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with other HR staff on orientation and initial training.
  • Track hiring metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to measure recruitment effectiveness.
