HR Recruiter Executive

As an HR Recruiter at our organization located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and passion for talent acquisition will be essential in ensuring a smooth recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies will be key to your success. As part of the HR team, you will also support employer branding initiatives, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and assist in negotiating offers and preparing employment contracts. Your dedication to maintaining HR best practices and ensuring a positive candidate experience will contribute to the overall success of our recruitment process.
