Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post them across job boards and career sites
  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Manage the offer process, including salary discussions and onboarding coordination
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
  • Uphold compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and diversity standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,164.33 - ₹30,666.15 per month
