**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an HR Recruiter for the Thrissur location, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring the organization has a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with its business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, social media, etc. - Screen applicants by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruitment needs - Conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and provide feedback to candidates - Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience - Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes and meet hiring goals **Qualifications Required:** - MBA in HR or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR - Proficiency in English communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively *Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
