HR Recruiter

EduGorilla is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates across various departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment. Candidates should be familiar with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and possess a good understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment for multiple roles, maintaining applicant tracking and recruitment reports, coordinating with department heads for interviews and feedback, and supporting general HR functions and engagement activities as needed. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proficiency in MS Office tools. Prior experience in EdTech, startups, or content hiring will be considered a plus.
