Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Collaborate with management to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
6. Coordinate with management to facilitate the interview process.
7. Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
8. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
9. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
3. Experience with recruitment marketing tools.
