Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for tech roles (SDEs, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.). Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring dashboards to stakeholders. Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters. Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs. Partner with leadership on performance management, talent development, and retention strategies. Address employee concerns and provide conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner. Must be willing to travel within cities and outside cities when required. Requirements: Bachelors/master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field. 4–7 years of experience in a combined TA and HRBP role, preferably with a focus on tech hiring and knowledge on Non-Tech Hiring. Proven track record of hiring for tech roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a plus.
