HR Recruiter - Contract

You are a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter (Contract) joining our Human Resources team. You specialize in recruitment processes and handle staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Additionally, you oversee job postings, maintain the skill matrix, issue employment documents, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to assist the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities involve handling full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You will focus on recruiting for IT and Non-IT roles, particularly Business Development and Sales positions. Drafting offer letters/employment documents for selected candidates and planning and executing recruitment campaigns are also part of your duties. You will support the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks and initiatives. To excel in this position, you should have an MBA Graduate or equivalent experience in the HR field. Ideally, you possess 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with recruitment consultancy background. Your expertise lies in non-IT recruitment, especially in Business Development/Sales hiring. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, fluency in English, and proficiency in Hindi are advantageous.
