Job Description

Build ecosystems of recruitment partners  Source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks.  Screen resumes, conduct 1 st round of interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications for various roles.  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.  Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all terms are clear and well-understood.  Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.  Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.  Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other HR-related documentation.  Support employer branding activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, etc.  Help with onboarding and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
