*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within an HR consultancy setup. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, the ability to source quality candidates, and experience working across diverse industry verticals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Non-IT roles.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
* Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
* Meet recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and talent market movements.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Bachelors degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR consultancy recruitment for Non-IT roles.
* Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
