Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  • Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Marathi language is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
