Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Marathi language is required.
1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
