Job Description:As an HR – Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, including both bulk and niche hiring. You’ll play a key role in building strong and capable teams to support our growth. Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Handle both bulk hiring (e.g., telecallers, sales, support) and niche hiring (e.g., tech, trainers, specialists) Source candidates using various channels – job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc. Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports Assist in onboarding and induction processes Who Can Apply:Freshers or Experienced candidates passionate about HR and Recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work from office (Hinjewadi Phase 2) Comfortable with 6-day work week Open to handling both high-volume and specialized hiring What We Offer:Fixed Salary: ₹12,000/month Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment Exposure to diverse hiring mandates Fast-paced, learning-friendly work environment To Apply: walk in to our office - 1034, geras imperium rise, wipro circle, hinjewadi phase 2
