Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in human resources and a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
• Post job advertisements on different job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment needs.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
• Should be an immediate joiner
