Join our team at Sai Heatreaters & NDT Pvt Ltd —a growing industrial services provider working with top clients across India. We're looking for someone who understands the pulse of the field workforce and can manage everything from outreach and documentation to onboarding and coordination. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end recruitment of skilled blue collar roles (Rope Access, NDT, riggers, welders, etc.) Source candidates via WhatsApp, Facebook groups, LinkedIn & manpower suppliers Be flexible to connect with candidates beyond work hours (many have limited mobile access on site) Handle all documentation – Aadhar, technical certs, ESIC, PF, logbooks Prepare offer letters and coordinate travel tickets Track resource arrivals and support site-wise mobilization Assist with exit procedures and HR compliance You Should Have: 2–5 years’ experience in blue collar hiring (industrial services background preferred) Strong coordination and follow-up skills Hands-on knowledge of PF/ESIC/UAN processes Familiarity with sourcing via social platforms and contractor networks High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Languages: Must: Hindi & English Preferred: Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil (added advantage) To Apply: Share your CV at hr@saindt.com Help us build high-performing site teams across India! #HRRecruiter #BlueCollarHiring #RopeAccess #IndustrialJobs #HR #ManpowerHiring Show more Show less
