Job Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection). • Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms. • Hire for sales, back-office, and support roles in the brokerage/finance sector. • Maintain candidate database and ensure follow-ups. • Support in onboarding, HR policies, and documentation. • Coordinate with management for manpower planning. Key Skills Required: • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of recruitment portals & sourcing techniques. • Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet deadlines. • Basic HR operations knowledge. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (MBA HR preferred). • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (brokerage/finance domain preferred, freshers with skills may apply).
