Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Ernakulam. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand recruitment needs, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and using various recruitment methods to attract top talent. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for overseeing onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
Knowledge of recruitment methods and good networking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders
Experience with onboarding processes and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in HR software and tools is advantageous
