Job Description

As a vibrant HR Recruiter at Abybaby Events Private Limited, your role will involve partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, conducting interviews with candidates, administering assessments, performing reference and background checks, making recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals. You will also need to communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process, stay updated on the company's organization structure and employment laws, serve as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations, complete timely reports on employment activity, and conduct exit interviews when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 months to 1 year of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in non-IT recruitment, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, experience with sourcing techniques, strong verbal and written communication skills, and sound judgment when screening candidates. The salary bracket for this position is between 8k to 15k, and the work hours are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. This is a full-time job based in person at the specified work location.
