Your key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, conducting interviews and assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
