Job Description

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple regions, calendars, and channels.
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders via email, chat, and video calls.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment data using Excel and MS Teams (MS 365 suite).
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills
(verbal and written).

Strong understanding of
technical roles
, skill sets, and hiring processes (e.g., developers, testers, cloud/infra roles, data roles, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
and strong proficiency with
MS Teams / MS 365
.
Exceptional organizational skills
with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proven ability to work under pressure
while maintaining high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail
in all administrative and coordination tasks.
Experience:

At least 6 months of recruitment experience
