Role Overview

proactive HR Recruiter

full-time hybrid role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers.
  • Use

    AI-powered recruitment tools

    and platforms to enhance candidate search, screening, and communication.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent

    candidate experience

    aligned with Hard.coded’s culture and values.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
  • Contribute to

    employer branding initiatives

    and candidate engagement strategies.


Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–2 years

    of recruitment experience (experience in technical hiring preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social recruiting.
  • Proficiency with

    AI recruitment tools

    and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
