We assist small and medium-sized organizations in establishing performance benchmarks and metrics to scale their business. Our division, HSJB Staffing, simplifies contract staffing through aggressive hiring, technological support, and excellent client servicing.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Project Manager Business Consulting based in Kochi. The HR Project Manager will oversee HR projects, develop HR strategies, and manage HR functions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating HR initiatives, analyzing HR data, liaising between departments, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

8Years HR Experience
HR Project Management and HR Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting HR metrics
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Human Resources (HR)
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Proven track record in business consulting or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA Mandatory
