Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective human resource management systems and processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
