Job Description

As a HR Operations Implementation Lead at JLL, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative change and managing high-impact projects for the HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE) in your region. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining project management discipline, developing toolkits and frameworks for enhanced efficiency, leading project planning and resource allocation, and driving successful execution of HR Operations initiatives. You will be tasked with driving change management efforts, including impact assessment, resistance management, and adoption promotion. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing ambassador programs and feedback mechanisms to facilitate continuous improvement. Your role will involve crafting and delivering compelling communications to articulate change needs and inspire new ways of working, as well as engaging effectively with senior management to align projects with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as the HR Process, JLLT HR Tech, and HR Strategy & Enablement Teams will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, there may be occasions where you will be required to lead or support projects globally or in other regions to cover team absences or meet capacity demands. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in creating and implementing project management frameworks and tools. Problem-solving and analytical skills, expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team engagement, as well as a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement are also essential. Preferred qualifications include a Post Graduation/Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience in a corporate HR role, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or client service role. Experience with Monday.com, Workday, and ServiceNow would be advantageous.
