Job Description

HR Placement Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong corporate relations to secure placement opportunities for
  • students.
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
  • Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development
  • Coordinate with trainers to assess student skill levels and readiness for placements
  • Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management
  • Arrange guest lectures, industrial visits, and career counseling sessions
  • Track industry trends and align training programs with market needs


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking ability with corporate HRs and recruiters
  • Understanding of IT recruitment processes
  • Experience in student counseling and career guidance
  • Good organizational and event management skills


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Freshers to 5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR roles (preferably in the education/training industry)
  • Proven track record in securing placements for students/freshers
