HR & Payroll Specialist (who handled Canada payroll)

1. Responsible for Canada Payroll ,verification letters, experience letters, invitation letters and other tasks required for employees during the life cycle of employment
2. Responsible to work with Canada & Group HR as necessary to implement new processes and systems which includes but is not limited to, hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits training, and development as well as exit processes for all employees.
3. Responsible for payroll and reporting functions for Canadian operations
4. Responsible for weekly, monthly, yearly payroll reporting and allocating staff costs in accordance with business requirements.
5. Assisting Canada HR with the end-to-end recruitment process making sure that the selected candidates have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission.
6. Assisting to ensure that all new employees receive ETG orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided and scheduled for maintaining employee success.
7. Assisting in creating local policies, procedures, training, compensation and benefits, turnover, and attendance metrics.
8. Assisting to manage employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.

Coordinate with the local IT as well as Corporate IT department on all employee new hire and onboarding IT related tasks and processes in line with ETG policy

Position Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in human resources or related field
2. Proficient in processing Canada payroll
3. 2+ Handson exp in handling Canada payroll
4. 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources or Payroll Roles
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to adapt and work within a dynamic work environment

Job Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (India)

Shift Time: 11 AM - 8 PM

Salary Range- 10 -13 LPA

Immediate joiner preferred.
