Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee life cycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, training, performance management, promotions, transfers, and separation. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc. by maintaining accurate records and filing returns on time. Coordinate payroll processing for salaried employees including TDS deduction and net banking transactions. Develop and implement effective HR operations strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide support to senior leadership team in managing key projects related to talent acquisition and retention.
