Job Description

You will be joining the team as an Associate to provide high-quality advisory and operational support to HR Business Partners, BU Managers, and Leaders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Providing support in routine, cyclical, and adhoc HR focus areas such as performance management, professional development, promotion, and compensation - Partnering with global and regional HR colleagues for process initiatives - Managing repeatable processes within agreed-upon deadlines with a focus on accuracy and quality - Identifying process issues and engaging appropriate stakeholders for resolution - Facilitating communication between employees, managers, Reasonable Accommodations team, employment law, and other stakeholders - Liaising with employee relations and employment law as required - Tracking requests appropriately and maintaining accurate and timely case notes - Proactively identifying trends and suggesting actions to improve the employee experience - Ensuring service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded - Demonstrating exceptional judgment and escalating pertinent matters as necessary - Having a strong understanding of the Human Resources function and labor laws - Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations for compliance - Possessing excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Being a strong team player while demonstrating the ability to take ownership of tasks - Comfortable with advisory and transactional interactions and attention to detail - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations and make balanced decisions - Managing high-volume queries professionally and helpfully - Ability to work with global teams and navigate through ambiguity - Adaptable and creative approach to problem-solving - At least 2 years of relevant experience is generally expected for this role Morgan Stanley is committed to providing first-class service and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
