Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Data Management

    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
    • Handle documentation related to onboarding, transfers, confirmation, and exits.
  2. Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Support smooth joining formalities (offer letters, induction, orientation).
    • Manage exit processes (resignation acceptance, clearance, exit interview coordination).
  3. Payroll & Attendance

    • Collect and validate attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
    • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
  4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

    • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
    • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Employee Support

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
    • Assist with benefits administration, insurance, and HR letters (experience, salary slips, etc.).
  6. HR Operations & Reporting

    • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and data analysis.
    • Support HR audits and process improvements.
