Provides human resources (HR) support to GBS India employees.

Using HR best practices, provides support to the HR Business Partner on typical employee relations/HR issues to transactional HR operations.

Coordinates with Business supervisors and leads for their HR related concerns.

Receives supervision on new aspects of assignments from the HR Business Partner.

Use standard HR knowledge and techniques in specific situations.

Coordinates with local stakeholders like people services, admin and TA for routine administrative tasks.

 Qualifications 

Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent course.

3-4 years of relevant professional experience in HR.

Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience working with various stakeholders for HR.

Previous experience of working in an MNC in a role with global exposure is preferred.

Experience working in Shared Services/GBS/GCC is preferred.
