Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Onboarding:

Coordinate pre-joining formalities including documentation, background checks, and induction scheduling.
Conduct and manage orientation sessions for new employees.
Set up employee profiles in HRMS systems.
Collaborate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and system access.

Background Verification (BGV):

Initiate and monitor BGV process through third-party vendors.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of verification.
Escalate discrepancies and coordinate with hiring managers for resolution.

Exit Management:

Manage end-to-end offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement coordination.
Ensure proper documentation and system updates (deactivation, record-keeping).
Analyze exit trends and generate attrition reports.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Maintain and analyze HR data including headcount, attrition, onboarding/exit metrics, and BGV status.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
Support HR audits and data requests from compliance or management.
