Role Overview:

Intern HR Operations (India)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher to kickstart their HR career by gaining hands-on experience across HR operations, onboarding processes, HR documentation, payroll support, and data management—while working closely with experienced mentors.

Responsibilities:

• Support employee lifecycle processes such as pre-onboarding, onboarding, and documentation.
• Assist with HR operations activities including offer roll-outs, background check coordination, and benefits administration.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain payroll-related inputs, vendor/contractor records, and HR data.
• Maintain HR documentation, spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support the HR team in email communication, reporting, and coordination.
• Take ownership of small projects and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Finance, HR, or related fields

  (freshers welcome!).
• Strong with numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Eager to learn global HR & payroll practices.
