Job Description

The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily office and HR operational tasks. This role focuses on maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, handling basic documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR and office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance data.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Help with HR documentation and data entry.
  • Support employee engagement and office logistics.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed degree in HR/Business Administration.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
