Academic Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students enrolled in our regular online study programs. The counselor will support students in managing their online coursework, improving academic performance, and achieving their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to students enrolled in online courses regarding study plans, course selection, and learning strategies.
• Monitor student progress and suggest interventions for improvement.
• Conduct virtual one-on-one or group counseling sessions.
• Address student queries related to course content, schedules, and online learning platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress.
• Collaborate with faculty and management to enhance online learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using online learning platforms and digital tools.
• 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably for online students.
• Ability to motivate students and provide personalized support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
