Academic Counselor

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Academic Counselor who can guide students effectively and support them in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and be able to handle data filtration and follow-ups. Candidates who can speak multiple languages will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding educational programs, career paths, and admission processes.
• Conduct cold calling to prospective students and explain course details in a clear and engaging manner.
• Handle data filtration, lead management, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic programs.
• Communicate in multiple languages to connect with diverse student groups.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with students and parents.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,674.30 - ₹37,979.21 per month
