HR Operations Executive

The HR Operations Executive position based in Bhopal requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. It is essential to maintain accurate employee records, ensure timely updates in the HRMIS, support attendance and leave management processes, and assist in compliance and HR policy implementation. Additionally, the candidate will be required to coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements and handle employee queries with a prompt and solution-oriented approach. Key Requirements for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle confidential information with integrity, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in IT firms. The HR Operations Executive will work full-time in a day shift schedule at the Bhopal location. The CTC for this position ranges from 15,000 to 16,000 per month. A preferred qualification for this role is an MBA in HR, although it is not mandatory. Experience in an IT firm is also preferred.
