HR Operations Executive (with Recruitment Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 1- 3 years of experience in both HR operations and recruitment, to join our team in Hyderabad (Work from Office). The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR activities, support end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and HRMS updates.

Maintain and regularly update employee records in HR systems and files.

Coordinate with payroll and finance for salary inputs, leaves, and attendance.

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and other day-to-day matters.

Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as needed.

Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Recruitment:

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Strong understanding of basic labor laws and HR processes.

Familiarity with HRMS tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of payroll input processes.

Experience in employee engagement or internal HR communication.

Exposure to compliance documentation and audits.
