HR Operations / Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Your main tasks will include recruitment support, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, assisting employees with queries, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, supporting the exit process of employees, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. - Help in completing joining formalities for new employees and ensuring they receive all necessary documents and training. - Maintain and regularly update employee data, files, and HR systems. - Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and experience letters. - Address employee queries and concerns related to HR matters. - Ensure the company's compliance with basic HR rules and regulations. - Support in managing employee resignations, clearance process, and conducting exit interviews. Qualification Required: - Masters degree preferably in HR or a related field. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word). - Willingness to learn HR systems and tools. - 2-5 years of relevant experience. Additional Details: The job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. You will be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
