HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations Assistant at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Updating employee personal and professional details regularly. - Ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws. - Maintaining compliance-related documentation for audits. - Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs. - Ensuring employees follow company guidelines and processes. - Coordinating induction and joining formalities for new hires. - Managing exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and final settlements. - Addressing day-to-day employee queries related to HR operations (salary, leaves, benefits). - Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communications. - Assisting in the appraisal process coordination and maintaining performance records. - Scheduling training programs and maintaining training attendance/feedback. - Preparing HR reports and dashboards (attrition, headcount, leave balances, etc.). - Tracking and analyzing HR operational metrics for management review.
