HR Operations Executive

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Draw a strategy for hiring2. Optimize the use of various portals and models3. Execute the recruitment strategies4. Build our brand, promote company products and services5. Build and leverage relationships and our brand with various institutes, job fairs, etc.6. Source profiles and interview them to shortlist7. Involve completely from start to end of the hiring process and lead it from the front8. Maintain proper daily documentation and reports9. Follow up for reports with front-end team members10. Ensure reports are right and sign off and training them wherever required11. Handle employee process management, issues resolution, and ensure proper documentation12. Manage other tasks assigned from time to time13. Challenge status quotient

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate2. English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)

Commitment period - 1-2 years (1-6 months internship+job)

Nature of job - WFO/WFH can be provided

Stipend during internship: Rs. 2,500-12,000 (including performance bonus on every full time hiring)
CTC post completion of internship: upto 3 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
