Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR Operations including payroll coordination, employee

records, and HRMIS.

  • Ensure statutory compliance with all labor laws, factory laws, and other applicable

regulations.

  • Drive Training & Development initiatives identify training needs, design training

calendars, and monitor effectiveness.

  • Foster a positive workplace through Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee smooth Onboarding & Induction programs to integrate new hires

effectively into the organization.

  • Support performance management, HR audits, and policy implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring transparent and

effective communication.
