Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
Help develop and implement company policies and employee handbooks
Maintain employee records and support payroll/HR documentation
Assist with performance management processes and HR compliance
Support employee engagement activities and team coordination

Operations:

Support day-to-day office and operational functions
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and communication
Help manage inventory, vendor coordination, and dispatch tracking
Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure workflow efficiency

Sales & Logistics Coordination:

Liaise between HR, sales, and logistics departments for seamless operations
Assist with reporting and tracking of sales targets and deliveries
Support the sales team in administrative and HR-related matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
