HR Officer

As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating contractual manpower and maintaining their records efficiently. Your role will involve preparing and keeping contracts and agreements related to HR and vendors up to date. Additionally, you will be handling record keeping and documentation for both employees and contract workers. You will oversee time office functions, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and reporting. Utilizing HR software and tools such as Savior and MS Excel will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining employee databases and generating HR reports as required will also be a key responsibility. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles is necessary. A good understanding of labour laws and contract management is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with tools like Savior are required. Strong organizational and communication skills will be beneficial, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is crucial. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a yearly bonus offered.
